Hache De Hamburguesa Santa Barbara

Hache de Hamburguesa: High expectations, mixed experience. Not a cozy place, but outstanding fries, especially the Cheese & Fries. Burgers impress with spectacular meat and original flavor combos. Disappointing service – no recommendations for first-timers. Desserts fall short. I might opt for delivery; the burgers are worth it, but the in-person experience didn't win me over.

The best real American Burger we have found after 2+ years of living in Bogotá. The meat is flavorful and plentiful, we usually order them with onion, tomato, lettuce, pickles, and Cheddar. The french fries are great too. This has been our go-to place when we are looking for comfort food. The playlist is amazing too. I didn't give it 5 stars because the service is irregular. If we go on the weekends the servers are great, kind, friendly, and on top of everything. We went for lunch on Wednesday and there were three ladies serving that were more focused on their phones than on the clients. Bad service is typical in Bogotá so when I mentioned that our burgers were left on the countertop while they were scrolling thru their phones I got an extremely aggressive manager telling me that I was wrong, maybe because she was too texting on her phone. Even when I literally SAW the burgers in the boxes on the countertop, she continued bickering at me. Of course, I know better than trying to argue on what's good service in Bogotá. We are still debating if we should just stick with Bu-Bu burgers, their service is impeccable there and forget about "H". Forgot to mention, this time they didn't ask about the meat doneness, so they overcooked the patty, and we ordered two different meat qualities, they didn't mark the boxes so we didn't know what was what. Bad service all around, they were too busy on their phones to even care. (The attached picture is from one of our past good experiences in this place).

Burgers that are value for money. The burgers that my wife and I tried were excellent. The buns were firm and held the burger together. The patties were well seasoned and had good flavours. The French fries were good too, the onion rings were not so great. The service is crisp and friendly. Would go back again.

Totally deserved the second place as Bogota's best burguer. The zucchini is a must and the milkshakes are also a pretty good companion for the burguer.

Lado B is a great option. Has a sweet sauce based on "agraz" fruit. Medium term is perfect to enjoy the juice of the meat.

Some say it is quite the best hamburger in Bogotá. Make sure to order La Furia Rola, a burger made out of rib's grounded meat on a potatoe Brioche bread with peanutbutter and berrie's desssing and bacon. Something you certainly cannot find around the corner.
